Since 1980, the Austin fertility community has relied on the TFC family of physicians. We understand the urgency you feel to end your struggle with infertility. Trying to get pregnant or finding practical solutions for fertility preservation can take over your life. You need reassurance and a plan for overcoming female infertility or male factor infertility right now.

Texas Fertility Center, a pioneer in reproductive care in Austin, Round Rock and San Antonio, offers world-class care and guidance. We believe you should ask your prospective Austin fertility specialist these questions:

  • Are you board certified as a reproductive endocrinologist?
  • Do you offer basic fertility care, as well as advanced IVF options?
  • Will fertility surgery afford me my best chance of getting pregnant? If so, are you trained in minimally invasive and robotic techniques for fertility surgery?

Round Rock fertility specialist Anthony Propst, MD directs your success

Dr. Propst, retired USAF Colonel and current medical director for TFC-Round Rock, provides one-on-one attention to patients in and around the Austin, Cedar Park, Georgetown and Leander communities. Meet our fertility doctors

Texas Fertility Center Group

Assisted reproduction & IVF options at Texas Fertility Center

As pioneers in the field of reproductive endocrinology and infertility, our doctors offer the latest techniques and technology. Proven therapies such as in-vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment, Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) treatment, and ovulation induction can help produce the results you desire. In fact, Texas Fertility Center regularly earns national recognition for our pregnancy success rates.

Reproductive surgery

Treatment for fibroids and pelvic adhesions often requires laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery. We work with several local hospitals, utilizing their state-of-the-art facilities so that our doctors can perform outpatient infertility procedures.

Donor egg & donor sperm

For patients who need donor services, we offer donor eggs and donor sperm to help them on their path to parenthood. Our donors, hand selected in-house by TFC, undergo extensive testing to qualify for the egg donation program.

Advanced lab procedures

Before treatment begins, we can conduct genetic screening for over 100 inheritable diseases parents can pass on to their children. We can look for embryo abnormalities before implantation with preimplantation genetic testing.

Does a zip code stand between you and a baby?
Consider this number instead – 25,000. That’s the number of babies Texas Fertility Center welcomed to the world.

TFC and Dr Propst are incredible. We went through 5 IUI cycles, 2 IVF egg retrievals, and 2 embryo transfers before we were successful. All along the way they were so understanding and supportive. Wonderful nursing team and always very responsive. I would highly recommend TFC!
